preparing for film festivals

Does anybody know a spot in New York that transfers projects to Beta SP and other formats required for film festivals?

i think there is a place called screamer vision that does all those kinds of transfers. and any telecine spot at one of the major labs should be able to do it as well. moving images comes to mind...
