Ok I know I will more than likely get a lot of heat for this topic but it is an honest question that has bothered me for a long time.
As I look at indie projects for inspiration and ideas I find that the majority of them take on topics that are either dull or focus on the worst we have to offer as humans. Believe me I understand having a "cause" and wanting to "better" our society by exposing the injustice in our world.
Today many of us have little free time and when I do use that time to be entertained I don't always want to be taught a lesson or worse become depressed. Yes, yes I know art is evoking a reaction but can't that be a little more uplifting and positive message ?
